　　Rapid rail transit? High-speed railway? Autopilot? Which will come first in the transport package of Ningbo between 2021 and 2025? Among the “Top 10 Biggies” recently announced by “Zhejiang Release” in the transportation sector, Ningbo has occupied a big share.

　　快轨、高铁、应用自动驾驶？2021-2025年，宁波交通最想做的是什么？近日，“浙江发布”公布全省交通领域最想做的“十件事”，宁波贡献不少“新概念”，一起来看重点。

　　A message from Zhenhai District reveals the route of a newly schemed urban rail, which is to start from Longshan, Cixi City, stretch southward by way of Jiulonghu Town, Jiulong Avenue, Ningbo North Railway Station (to be constructed), and finally join with Line 2 of the rail transit system at Kongpu Station.

　　镇海方面就城铁的线路走向，透露了一个新信息：初步方案为慈溪龙山经过九龙湖镇，往南沿九龙大道布设，经规划宁波北站综合客运交通枢纽(新宁波北站)，再往南连接至2号线孔浦站相交汇。

　　Also mentioned in the reports from the Hangzhou Bay New Zone, this line has been planned to join Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Railway at Cixi HSR Station.

　　杭州湾新区方面也提及，这条城铁起自宁波孔浦站，向北经宁波北站、镇海、慈溪后接入通苏嘉甬铁路慈溪高铁站。

　　And the construction of Ningbo North Railway Station will also become a new planned project of transportation.

　　而宁波北站也将作为新的交通规划项目。

　　Also, on the list of the top items to be accomplished by the municipal government is the construction of the Shanghai-Ningbo cross-sea passage, which is envisioned to be a rail-cum-road bridge at its cross-sea section. Totaling about 48 kilometers in length, it will be located 20-40 kilometers to the east of Hangzhou Bay Bridge.

　　沪甬跨海通道，是宁波市级最想做的事之一。跨海段初步设想为公铁合建，全桥长约48公里，布置于杭州湾大桥以东约20-40公里的海域。

　　Meanwhile, construction work on the Shanghai-Ningbo intercity railway and the Second Highway Bridge across Hangzhou Bay were proposed by Cixi City and will be launched during the “14th Five-Year-Plan” period.

　　同时，慈溪希望在“十四五”期间能够启动建设沪甬城际和跨杭州湾公路二桥。

　　Basking in public attention, the Yinzhou section of provincial highway S203 plays a significant role in connecting the coastal region of Fenghua and part of Xiangshan and Ninghai directly to the south of Yinzhou. Currently, the Fenghua Section of S203 is already under construction.

　　S203省道项目——特别是鄞州段，对于奉化滨海区域乃至象山、宁海部分地区直通鄞州南部，意义重大。目前，这条省道的奉化段已经在建，鄞州段的进展因此备受关注。

　　Responses from Yinzhou transport authorities on the public well-being network site of Ningbo (https://nb8185.cnnb.com.cn) show that the construction land of this project remains to be requisitioned and the commencement date is currently not available.

　　据鄞州交通部门在民生e点通问政平台上的公开回复，目前S203省道鄞州段新建工程还处于“争取早日落实项目用地”阶段，“目前项目无具体的开工日期。”

　　Besides, Yinzhou is also planning the introduction of autopilot in the future.

　　鄞州方面在未来还将开展自动驾驶应用！

　　Specifically, autopilot and digital traffic systems will be put to service in Hengxi Town to promote smart transportation and increase the overall capacity of small cities. The demonstration effect will help with the landing of relevant industries and the shaping of the industry zone. Coupling autopilot with the development of small-sized smart cities, rural vitalization, recreation and the health industry will further boost local industries and the digital economy.

　　具体而言，是要在横溪镇全域开展自动驾驶和数字交通应用示范，提升交通运输智能化水平，助力小城市能级提升。通过应用示范吸引自动驾驶和数字交通相关产业落地，形成产业区。将自动驾驶与小城市智能化、乡村振兴、休闲康养等相结合，促进本地产业和数字经济发展。

　　Yuyao City plans to work on Ningbo-Yuyao urban express railway and Yuyao-Cixi intercity railway (the second phase) and include them in the construction list of the “14th Five-Year-Plan” period.

　　余姚将推动宁波至余姚轨道快线、余慈城际二期列入“十四五”建设项目。

　　With a strenuous push into an era of well-connected railways, Xiangshan County is going all out for the passing of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway through its territory and the placement of a high-speed railway station. The building of this line aims to speed up Xianshan’s integration into the metropolitan area of Ningbo and the urban agglomeration on the track of the Yangtze River Delta.

　　象山方面“最想做”的事中，第一件：推动象山交通由高速时代向铁路时代转变。争取甬台温高铁过境象山并设置高铁站。建成市域铁路象山线，加快融入宁波都市区及轨道上的长三角城市群。

　　Moreover, Xiangshan is also expecting to start construction work on the second port passage and push forward with pre-phase preparations for the South-Bank Port Highway.

　　另外，象山还将力争“十四五”开工建设象山港二通道，推进象山港南岸疏港高速公路前期工作。

　　As for Ninghai County, high on its agenda is the need to widen the G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway (Ningbo section) to an 8-lane highway, as commonly shared by travelers from Ninghai and Fenghua.

　　宁海方面想做的事里面，包括G15沈海高速(也就是甬台温高速)宁波段，拓宽为8车道——相信这也是很多经常走甬台温高速的宁海人以及奉化人共同的期盼。
