At the invitation of Ningbo Newspapering Group, Helmut Strehl, former principal of Aachen University of Applied Science in Germany, paid an official visit to Ningbo Daily, Ningbo Evening News, Southeast Business and CNNB.COM accompanied by Zhang Bingli, president of Ningbo Newspapering Group.
   This is the 18the time that Mr. Strehl has come to Ningbo. Mr. Strehl is the pioneer who started the friendly exchange between Ningbo University of Technology and Aachen University of Applied Science. Meanwhile, he has severed as senior advisor for Ningbo Municipal government for a long time, making great contributions to the enhancement of Sister-city relationships between Ningbo and Aachen.
   After learning the present situation of web-TV in Ningbo, Mr. Strehl showed great interest in the cyber media and spoke highly of the achievement attained.
